Zakir Hussain is the Group Commercial Director of PetroGas Piping and possesses almost three decades of experience in the oil , gas, petrochemical, and power industry alongside a demonstrated history of managing sales and procurement. Specialized in developing strategies, managing client relationships, and identifying new commercial opportunities. He is easily approachable and consistently available for his team. And his passion is visibly reflected in his achievements. Zakir has a number of accolades to his name throughout the years. His effective leadership has contributed vastly to the expansion of PetroGas Piping and its multinational presence across 6 continents. Additionally, the achievement of receiving “The Best distributor award” is a testament to Zakir’s contribution and long-time commitment to creating a positive yet competitive workspace at PetroGasPiping.
In recent years, Zakir has been responsible for obtaining lucrative large long-term contracts in in the GCC region and is often described as a natural leader and a results-oriented individual.
Outside of work, he shares a deep admiration for emerging technologies and frequently explores methods in how to implement them in his practices. Most importantly, Zakir Hussain is very family oriented and enjoys spending his weekends with his 4 children and wife.
